I’m a mixed-methods researcher with an entrepreneurial, product ownership, and systems-thinking mindset, specializing in B2C, complex B2B, data-intensive, and AI products. I combine research, systems thinking, and SQL/Python analytics to uncover root causes, identify product opportunities, optimize workflows, and drive business outcomes.

My expertise spans usability testing, surveys, A/B testing, JTBD interviews, conjoint analysis, and workflow mapping to guide product strategy, prioritization, and human-centered decisions.

MSC helps VSBs find software solutions online. Led the first end-to-end research initiative from problem definition to solution prioritization, identifying key personalization opportunities.

iTourTranslator Redesign

iTourTranslator is a mobile app adapted for the U.S. Deaf and Hard of Hearing (D/HH) market. Used card sorting to redesign the information architecture and A/B testing to inform pricing and payment plan decisions.
